This MA-study shows that Roberto Assagioli’s original conception of Psychosynthesis is fully aligned with Ken Wilber’s Integral Psychology. A careful research into all Assagioli’s English publications gives clear evidence of Levels, Lines of development, States, Types and to some degree the four Quadrants.

Goal-setting software?

This is interesting and amazing (and I am not being sponsored by this software producer), but there is even software that can help you in being more successful and achieving your goals.

At first instance, it sounds good. Having a system supporting you in setting up your goals and tracking the progress in achieving them. This could be a good support.

Questions that rise with me are:

  1. My scepticism: In the end, as with all software, it ends with the usage and perseverance of the user. It could be a bit like following a diet and having the Jojo effect.
  2. I think there should also be some personal support or coach where you can have contact with.
  3. What I am interested in is if there is a certain theory or known model behind it (is it validated)?
  4. Is there a training in the software as well?
